Position Summary:

The Retail Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and driving sales growth. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing materials and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce engaging trade marketing materials that resonate with consumers and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the Brand Team to formulate strategic trade plans targeting key demographics.
  • Foster relationships with potential partners to explore new sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing collateral and merchandise.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to optimize product distribution and inventory management.
  • Develop and oversee marketing programs for both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage retail merchandise outlets and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing efforts, including online store visuals and product representation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer packaged goods or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for market engagements.
