Salary Range: $60,000 - $68,000 per year

Location: Roseland, VA

Position Overview:
  • Development and implementation of retail marketing initiatives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production
  • Ensuring consistent branding and promotional strategies
  • Management of projects, program effectiveness, and inventory control
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and producing marketing materials for trade
  • Creating strategic trade plans and innovative content
  • Building relationships and exploring new business opportunities
  • Formulating Trade Marketing initiatives
  • Assessing program outcomes and overseeing inventory
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding
  • Familiarity with the 3-tier distribution system and target market demographics
  • Excellent communication, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business analytics tools
