At Early Autism Services, we offer comprehensive training to help you advance your career as a BT and develop your skills as an RBT.

You will be supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors who will guide you throughout your journey.

Therapy sessions may occur in different environments, primarily in clinics, but occasionally in clients' homes or community settings.

This role is dynamic and requires both physical and mental engagement, providing interactive and meaningful experiences with your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide direct one-on-one assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
Collect and analyze data to monitor individual progress and inform decisions
Assist in the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with the BCBA and team members to ensure effective intervention implementation
Maintain regular communication with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
Keep accurate and detailed documentation of sessions and progress reports
Participate in ongoing supervision and training sessions for professional growth

Qualifications:
Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred
Registered Behavior Technician certification or completion of the 40-hour BACB modules is desirable
High school diploma or GED is required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
Ability to pass a criminal background check is mandatory
Authorization to work in the United States is required
Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire

Physical Requirements:


Physical demands include walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching overhead, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
