Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Sage Intacct's Financial Management solutions among current customers. You will collaborate closely with the designated customer success Account Manager to achieve these goals.

  • Engage with small to medium-sized business customers, specifically those with up to 200 employees.
  • Articulate the complete value proposition of Sage Intacct's solutions through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, online platforms, and webinars.
  • Develop mutual success plans with customers, outlining migration and implementation strategies in conjunction with the account manager and implementation teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize sales in partnership with the customer success account manager.
  • Forecast all opportunities in alignment with Sage Intacct's sales model and opportunity management standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales or account management.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, ranking in the top 10-20% of the company.
  • Experience in managing and closing high-volume sales cycles.
  • Experience in selling business software solutions to C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
