About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our team at Parkside Utility. As a key member of our Project Management function, you will play a critical role in the preparation, execution, and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the project management team with the day-to-day execution of tasks supporting Fiber Telecommunication construction.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional teams and foster interactions with other departments to ensure the successful execution of all project management activities.
  • Ensure that the organization's Project Management activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Read and analyze engineering drawings to create accurate billing packages.
  • Complete data entry tasks across multiple platforms.
  • Provide value-added, standardized analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
  • To be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Typically requires progressive experience in a business setting.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of Fiber Telecommunications Construction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data management skills.
