Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating mechanical construction projects from conception to completion. This includes fully understanding all projects in-depth, ensuring all project team members are informed, and maintaining a working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contracts/subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating mechanical construction projects from conception to completion
  • Fully understanding all projects in-depth, enabling yourself to: order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, develop billings, complete and manage RFIs and change orders, as well as prepare/review submittals
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contracts/subcontracts
  • Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues before they become a problem
  • Estimating and selling projects of various types: plan/spec, design/assist, design/build

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effectively using your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build industry
  • Being responsible for Cost of Goods and material purchasing. Maintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
  • 5+ years experience of in Plumbing Project Management
  • Plumbing Journeyman License
  • Commercial & Industrial Experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
