Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Flynn Construction Inc. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure project schedules are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Ensure occupational safety and health administration standards are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction projects
  • Strong project management and construction supervision skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings
  • Occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) 30-hour certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
