A Day in the Life:
As a key representative of our branch, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers and addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
- Providing high-quality support related to insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Assisting members with travel inquiries and promoting our diverse range of products and services.
- Handling transactions, including insurance payments and travel-related purchases, while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
- Conducting outbound calls to promote insurance and travel offerings.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and participate in community engagement initiatives.
