Overview:
Are you dedicated to enhancing communication abilities in children? Join our esteemed team as a Pediatric Communication Specialist and contribute positively to the lives of young patients. In this role, you will assess and address a variety of communication challenges, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders.
2. Create and execute tailored treatment strategies to meet individual patient needs.
3. Provide personalized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
4. Track and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
5. Educate families and caregivers on effective communication and swallowing techniques.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Speech-Language Pathology certification prior to employment commencement. CPR certification, TB skin test, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license are also required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of an Associate degree or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program. Experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory.
