Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer thorough legal counsel on various labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, which includes conducting investigations, drafting legal documents, and advocating in court.
3. Negotiate and draft employment agreements and collective bargaining contracts.
4. Conduct legal research to remain informed about evolving trends and developments in labor and employment legislation.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to devise strategies for complex legal challenges.
6. Provide training and guidance to clients regarding labor and employment law matters.
7. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
