Job Title: Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join our Labor and Employment practice in Tampa or West Palm Beach.

Location:

Tampa, FL or West Palm Beach, FL

About the Role:

As a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney, you will advise clients on compliance with various employment laws and regulations, handle employment-related administrative actions and litigation, draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery processes, and represent clients in trials and arbitrations related to employment disputes.

Requirements:
  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
  • Bar Admission in Florida, or willingness to obtain admission for strong candidates willing to relocate
  • 3-4 years of substantive litigation experience, with a particular focus on employment law
  • Knowledge of employment-related legislation such as FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated writing skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $155,000 to $175,000, depending on experience.
