About the Role

We are looking for an experienced educator with a passion for adaptive technology to join our team. As a Full-time Instructor of Adaptive Technology, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum for adaptive technology courses, ensuring relevance and alignment with industry standards.
  • Deliver high-quality instruction, leveraging a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative training initiatives, driving excellence in adaptive technology education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably in adaptive technology or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of adaptive technology tools and software, including assistive technologies for visual impairments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, as needed.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
