Job Overview
We're seeking passionate and customer service-oriented professionals to join our team as Game Facilitators. As a Game Facilitator, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable time at Activate Games.

Responsibilities
* Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations* Brief new groups prior to the start of the game* Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary* Participate with customers in active games if needed to ensure customers have an excellent experience* Maintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and any required maintenance* Troubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction

Requirements
* Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills* Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner* Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills* Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays* Basic troubleshooting and technical skills to handle equipment repair/maintenance needs
