Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of three years of outside sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to demonstrate our tools and utilize Salesforce for tracking.
- A valid driver's license is essential, as a company vehicle will be provided.
- Strong time and territory management skills.
- Ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing scaffolding and lifting up to 65 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
