Job Description:

As a behavioral therapist at BlueSprig, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to change the world for children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ABA therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting, using evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and self-help skills.

You will work closely with our clinical team to develop treatment plans and implement strategies to help our clients reach their goals. You will also collect data to monitor progress and provide regular written and verbal progress reports to families and other stakeholders.
