We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician or behaviorally trained staff member, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission.
Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) offers in-home and community-based programs that focus on skill-building and promoting independence. Our approach is centered around naturalistic and incidental teaching methods, which enable individuals to develop critical life skills they can use throughout their lives.
We work collaboratively with families to assess needs, set goals, and create personalized plans for each individual. This holistic approach ensures that we address the unique challenges faced by our clients and provide them with the support they need to thrive.
As a Behavioral Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals in developing skills necessary for daily living activities
- Providing direct care in-home and in the community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Offering respite care to guardians
We believe in supporting our employees just as much as our clients. As a result, we offer:
- A competitive salary of $28 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Supervised hours for BACB licensure (if needed)
- Flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement
- Health and dental insurance for full-time employees
- Paid sick and vacation time
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Tuition reimbursement for full-time staff
We currently have a high demand for daytime and full-time hours in the Lexington/Woburn area. If you are passionate about helping individuals grow and achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply. With your skills and dedication, you can make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
