About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from illness or injury and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for providing patient-centered care and be committed to delivering exceptional outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices to improve functional status, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, including manual therapies, modalities, and exercises tailored to meet individual patient needs.
  • Closely monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • DPT or PT degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
