Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Bilingual Relationship Banker to join our team in the Bergen Region Retail Banking organization. As a key member of our team, you will be based in Closter, NJ at the Closter Plaza Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.
  • Lead and collaborate with a wide range of ecosystem partners to achieve business results.
  • Proactively generate leads and appointments inside and outside of the branch.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
  • Work across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage.
  • Identify and introduce clients to the resource or team of resources best equipped to meet their needs.
  • Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow-up.
  • Manage customer experience and differentiate it through advanced conversation skills.
  • Solve customer problems courteously and with urgency, escalating where necessary.
  • Act as an advocate for mass affluent clients and prospects across product, support, operations, or other departments within PNC.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is required.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
