Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Shift Leader position must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities
  • Value teamwork and collaboration
  • Possess excellent communication abilities
  • Have prior experience in food service or retail management
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Utilize skills in business mathematics, accounting, computer usage, and decision-making
  • Be able to achieve ServSafe Certification within six months
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Meet the physical demands of the position
