Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the execution of complex financial transactions
  • Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow, and comparable companies' analyses
  • Prepare pitch books and live deal materials
  • Analyze detailed corporate and financial information
  • Build financial operating models and valuation models
  • Conduct industry and product research
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of investment banking experience in Healthcare or M&A
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
