About this RoleWe're seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Risk Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our risk management strategy, ensuring the integrity and security of our platform, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Risk Management Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the security and integrity of our platform.
- Lead the Risk Team: Manage and develop a high-performing risk team that is responsible for credit and collections, financial fraud operations, and customer verification.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our data science, product, engineering, and design teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
- Drive Business Growth: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Develop and Implement Operational Processes: Design and implement operational processes that ensure the efficient and effective management of risk-related activities.
- 15+ Years of Experience: You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, credit, and collections, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Leadership Experience: You have experience leading high-performing teams and have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: You are highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
