Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small projects and improvement efforts to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Configure and document technology per business requirements to ensure seamless integration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to test and improve technology configuration, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate effectively across IT department functions to deliver projects and services, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Beta test new technology releases and prepare for implementation, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements
  • Assist in creating technology training material and conducting training sessions, empowering colleagues with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed
  • Provide Tier 2-3 application support assistance, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or applicable experience in a related field, such as construction management or technology
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a technology-related role, with a strong understanding of operations, fabrication, and field processes
  • Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and reality capture tools and processes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Good meeting management and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively lead and participate in meetings
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Good understanding of supported business technologies, with the ability to effectively integrate and support multiple systems
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Solid understanding of IT services, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
  • Works under general supervision, with the ability to make decisions within the scope of responsibility
