Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a per diem ICU Hospitalist to join its well-established Hospital Medicine program.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the pulmonary critical care team to ensure comprehensive care for critically ill patients
- Perform procedures such as central line placement, paracentesis, and endotracheal intubation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in Maine
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
