Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Ph.D. or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant research experience in one of the social or physical sciences or other discipline closely related to defense and security. Experience in gaming, security cooperation, or force development is strongly preferred.

RAND offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $262,500, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide strong benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid time-off, and more.
