Position Overview
As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavioral challenges. This position is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $25 - $28 (Based on Education and Experience)
Job Type: Part-time

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • Commitment to a consistent schedule with clients.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • A creative and upbeat attitude to engage clients through play-based therapy.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting children up to 30 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Implementing ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Providing direct support to clients in a one-on-one setting.
  • Collaborating with clients and families to execute treatment plans.
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Accurately collecting and documenting data daily.

Conditions of Employment

  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Complete required training and health screenings.
  • Maintain CPR certification.

Immunization Requirements
Candidates must provide proof of the following immunizations:

  • Rubella (2-series)
  • Rubeola (2-series)
  • Mumps (2-series)
  • Varicella (2-series)
  • Hepatitis B (3-series, declination acceptable)
  • Pertussis (Tdap, declination acceptable)
  • Clearance for Tuberculosis (TB)
