Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at PLS on Post. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality food, and a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 7-10 associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and labor scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement company programs and manage restaurant operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
- Create and recommend promotions, displays, buffet presentations, and ideas to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the various outlet areas and equipment to protect assets, comply with regulations, and ensure quality service.
- More than two years of post-high school education.
- Two to three full years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
- Supervision/management communication skills.
- Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations.

Salary: USD $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
