Position Overview
This role will report directly to the South Region Growth Leader and serve as an extension to the Sales Professional Leadership Team, providing support to the Sales Professionals and related departments through a variety of responsibilities that ensure sales and lead generation objectives are being attained. The Sales Operations and Enablement Director supports functions essential to department productivity, enablement, and new revenue acquisition within the following channels: direct, indirect, and strategic alliances. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, large proposal process management, sales content management, training, and sales program administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline Sales Processes
Analyze and optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Data AnalysisUtilize sales data to generate insights, forecasts, and reports for informed decision-making.
Sales Tool ManagementImplement and manage sales tools, ensuring the team has the necessary resources for success.
Sales DocumentationCreate and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
Performance MetricsMonitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate sales team performance.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
Technology IntegrationIntegrate new technologies to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
Communication SupportFacilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to improve coordination.

Pay Details
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
