Women's Float Pool RN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women's Float Pool RN to join our healthcare team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our interdependent team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU units.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and care for laboring mothers and newborns
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Prepare equipment and aids for physician use
  • Observe patient conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor or physician as needed
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree or higher
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and/or NICU
