We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women's Float Pool RN to join our healthcare team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our interdependent team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and NICU units.
Responsibilities:- Assess and care for laboring mothers and newborns
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Prepare equipment and aids for physician use
- Observe patient conditions and reactions, and notify supervisor or physician as needed
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree or higher
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
- At least 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and/or NICU
