Pool Maintenance Technician Job Description

This position is responsible for providing on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for following established protocols, managing a swimming pool route, and utilizing a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
  • Adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
  • Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
  • Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • No felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check).
  • The ability to lift up to 100lbs.
  • A high school degree.
Hours and Benefits:

The work week will consist of 30-50 hours with some weekend work. A company truck will be provided, and paid vacation will be received following a qualifying period.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour.

For example, ASP's proprietary software platform, Pool Ops, automatically emails our clients a weekly digital report after each visit that includes the time of service, services performed, chemical balance, chemicals added, and a picture of the clean swimming pool.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
