Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments for students with complex needs.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs) to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to students and staff as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working with students with severe and multiple disabilities is preferred.
