Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, rotating products, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
  • Ensure that our seafood products are fresh and appealing to our customers by checking quality, rotating stock, and removing out-of-date products.
  • Assist with sampling programs, including preparing and serving samples, and maintaining sample areas.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that the store is ready for customers.
  • Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
