Role Summary
The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy. This position is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, precise forecasting, and strategic recommendations that will assist our leadership team in navigating the complexities of the market and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Comprehensive Financial Modeling: Construct 3-statement financial models to assess the implications of various scenarios on the company's financial health, aiding in strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Investment Banking and Private Equity Expertise: Utilize prior experience in investment banking and private equity to provide a strategic viewpoint on financial analysis, valuation, and investment assessments.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a solid background in financial planning and analysis, demonstrating a combination of analytical skills, business insight, and leadership capabilities.
