Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Riverside Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to patients with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with mental health and substance abuse issues
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Collaborate with referral sources and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
• Lead therapeutic and recreational activities to promote patient well-being

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification (required within 30 days)
• First Aid certification (required within 30 days)
