Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention
* Build and manage a high-performing team of Moodlifters
* Partner with Personal Training teams to drive revenue growth
* Ensure exceptional member experience through regular floor walks and front desk interactions
* Manage payroll and supply expenses to meet budget targets
* Drive sales of retail and food and beverage products
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a customer service business
* Minimum two years management experience in a retail or fitness setting
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to hire, direct, and train staff
* Computer literate
* Hardworking and diligent
* Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
