Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with local businesses, growing a book of business, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners in your territory
- Set and achieve sales targets and quotas
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Virtual classroom training and hands-on sales training
- Weekly draw pay with bonuses and commission eligibility
- Major medical benefits available after 90 days
- Quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses
- Advancement and promotions based on personal performance
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
