**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Laird Noller Auto Group.

Job Summary:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission
  • Location: Ford and Mazda team at Laird Noller Auto Group

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
  2. Documentation: Record customer vehicle concerns and write detailed repair orders, describing problems and necessary repairs.
  3. Communication: Translate customer repair concerns to technicians and ensure clear communication between both parties.
  4. Customer Explanation: Explain the repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Cost and Time Estimation: Estimate the cost and time required for repairs.
  6. Sales: Sell necessary parts and services to customers.
  7. Customer Service: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Repair Orders: Close repair orders after work is completed.
  9. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on achieving 5-star customer satisfaction ratings.
