Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, documenting customer vehicle concerns, and communicating with technicians to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Create detailed repair orders, clearly outlining the necessary repairs and associated costs.
  3. Estimate the time and cost required for repairs, presenting these to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Cultivate sales opportunities by offering relevant parts and services to customers.
  5. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, striving to achieve 5-star ratings through outstanding service and communication.
