The Director of Performance Excellence & Project Management serves as a key leader in driving business growth and operational efficiency at Behavioral Health Network, Inc. This strategic role is responsible for leading a team of project managers and business analysts to deliver high-quality projects that meet business requirements and drive end-user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead a team of project managers and business analysts to drive complex project management initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage risk mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and minimize potential risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on the use of project management tools and methodologies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of project managers and business analysts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of project management experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment.
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with risk management, change management, communications management.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise in use of project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to grow mid-level producer talent and effectively manage performance issues.
