This strategic role is responsible for leading a team of project managers and business analysts to deliver high-quality projects that meet business requirements and drive end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead a team of project managers and business analysts to drive complex project management initiatives and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and minimize potential risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on the use of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of project managers and business analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of project management experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with risk management, change management, communications management.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Expertise in use of project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow mid-level producer talent and effectively manage performance issues.
