Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a growing sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales and service processes
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Sales Manager level
  • RV dealership management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to interpret profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial statements
  • Strong organizational and sequencing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
