About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at E-Z Mart. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
