Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst

Goldbelt Nisga'a MOSTT, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to support the Global System Support Engineers (GSSE) under the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA).

Job Summary:

The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for maintaining systems and network infrastructure, providing end-user and common device support, and conducting training and performing Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate alerts, anomalies, errors, intrusions, malware, etc. to identify the extent of a security incident and help isolate the responsible agents.
  • Maintain multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices, and network management systems.
  • Perform systems administration, maintenance, computer security, and support for servers on networks and Computer Network Defense-Service Provider (CND-SPs).
  • Recommend improvements to automated information system security policies.
  • Test to ensure Government data is protected from unauthorized disclosure and remains under Government control.
  • Detect network intrusions and cyber incidents.
  • Assist in incident response, monitor systems security, and respond to security incidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science with 2-4 years' experience, Master of Science 0-2 years' experience, or High School with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Must have experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), log analysis, vulnerability analysis, and some scripting.
  • DoDD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Any additional relevant certifications are a plus.
