Job Description

BlueWater Federal Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to support SOCOM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate security incidents to identify the extent of the breach and isolate the responsible agents.
  • Maintain network security devices, multiprotocol routers, and multilayer switches.
  • Perform systems administration, maintenance, and computer security for servers on networks and Computer Network Defense-Service Provider.
  • Recommend improvements to automated information system security policies.
  • Provide systems administration, maintenance, and computer security for physical servers.
  • Detect network intrusions and cyber incidents.
  • Conduct log file analysis using tools such as Remedy, Splunk, and Office Automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science with 2+ years' experience, Master of Science with 1+ years' experience, or High School with 8+ years of experience.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), log analysis, vulnerability analysis, and scripting.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
