Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Pacific, Washington.

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy, ventilator management, and diagnostic procedures. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide respiratory therapy and ventilator management to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.
• Conduct diagnostic procedures, such as EKGs and lab draws, as requested by providers or RN staff.
• Assist providers with procedures and room patients in the ED, including vital signs and documentation.
• Perform phlebotomy and patient and family education as requested.

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
• Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington.
• Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire, depending on the age of the population served.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
