Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Float Respiratory Therapist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in various clinical settings.

• Assist Registered Nurses and Licensed Independent Practitioners in providing patient care and treatments as directed within your scope of practice.
• Perform direct patient care activities independently, adhering to MultiCare Health System policies and procedures.
• Examples of duties include assisting with procedures, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and providing patient education.

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy Training program.
• Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington.
• Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as CRT preferred.
