Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide respiratory care services, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of Washington
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum one year of acute care experience in respiratory therapy
