Customer Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary:We seek a Customer Service Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Service Department. This role involves providing support and guidance to service team members, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign and monitor technicians for service calls based on their technical certification levels and skillsets.
- Proactively communicate with external customers regarding scheduling updates, service completions, quotations, or delays.
- Track progress and productivity of technicians using business system tools provided.
- A high school diploma is required.
- A technical school or college degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or similar fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in processing service orders, invoices, purchase orders, budget expense tracking, and payroll preparation is preferred.
