About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our team at Tyndale Company, Inc.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will be working closely with our internal teams to drive continuous improvement of customer experience and internal processes.

As a Customer Service and Operations Specialist, you will be the voice of Tyndale, representing our company values and mission in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
