Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Mahalo Diamond Beach LLC. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Assign rooms and keys, and provide guests with information about hotel amenities and services
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Make reservations and process payments for guests
  • Collect and distribute messages for guests, and provide luggage service when needed
  • Prepare bills and collect payment for visits, and coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and shops, and arrange transportation as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other duties as directed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of prior hotel experience preferred
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced hotel environment, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time, and be able to lift and move objects as needed.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.
