At Premier Martial Arts, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and basic sales experience.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in running all "front of house" studio operations, including meeting and exceeding key performance sales indicators for the studio. This includes package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing traffic.
The Sales Manager will establish and maintain an effective referral program, maintain accurate records using established PMA sales systems, and conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls. They will also lead PMA studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders, greet members and guests promptly, and maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions, follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients, and respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns. They will also work closely with Instructor Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled and attend and participate in all relative PMA training programs.
Key qualifications for this role include excellent interpersonal skills, previous sales experience, solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Functional computer skills are required, and Google Workspace is a plus. Health & Fitness minded people are strongly preferred, and a high school diploma is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $24,000.00 per year, with bonus pay opportunities. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
