Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement instructional plans to support student learning and behavior.
  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to students in need.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success and well-being.
  • Monitor and report student progress to school administrators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • 2 years of experience working with urban and/or disadvantaged youth.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting.
